Review monitoring that doesn't stop at new reviews
Reviews get edited, deleted and answered after they land. A tool that only reports the new ones is showing you a fraction of what is happening to your rating.

A review is not a fixed object
Most tools report a review once, on the day it appears, and never look at it again. That is one of the five things worth knowing about it.
We track five: new reviews, edits, deletions, owner replies, and your entire review history from before you signed up.
A 1 star that turns into a 5 star is worth more to you than a new 5 star, because somebody changed their mind and you can go and find out why. If you are blind to edits, that conversation never happens.
Deletions work the same way in reverse. A review disappears, your average moves, and nothing in your reporting explains it.
“Came back after they sorted the booking system. Night and day.”
Reported as an update to review #4471, not as a new review.
Ask any vendor who actually collects the data
Google, Facebook and Yelp are table stakes. Every tool in the category has them. The question is what happens when you need the one they do not.
Most vendors buy their niche coverage from a third party data supplier, which means they cannot add a platform for you even when they want to. Ask them directly, and ask how long it took the last time somebody asked.
We built the collection for every platform we support, so adding one is our decision rather than a supplier roadmap. Ask for a platform and it goes live within two weeks, or you get your money back.

A review nobody reads is a review you did not monitor
Collecting reviews is the easy half. The half that changes how a company behaves is getting the right review in front of the right person while it still matters.
Route by rating, platform, language, keyword, tag or location. A 1 star in Munich reaches the Munich manager, not a shared inbox nobody owns.
One alert setting does not fit everyone. Support needs the angry review now. Leadership needs those same reviews in a Monday digest. Operations need the trend and none of the reviews.
And if your team does not read Spanish, a Spanish review notification is useless. Every alert carries an AI translation alongside the original, not a decade-old machine translation.
A review lands at 1 or 2 stars
Leadership get the same reviews in one digest, on Monday.
Meet your team where they already work
You are monitoring reviews because you want the customer's voice present in daily operations. A dashboard nobody opens does not do that, and neither does an email feed everyone filters away.
Reviews become tickets in Zendesk, Intercom or Helpscout, with the assignment rules your team already uses. They land in Slack and Teams as alerts people answer from. They sync into Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio and BigQuery for the people who only ever look at a chart.
Check what your plan actually includes before you buy. Plenty of tools advertise integrations, then charge per connection or hold them behind the enterprise tier.
Then check how they are built. "Available through Zapier" means you own the translations, the tags, the replies and the updates. Piping reviews is the easy part of that job.
Every one of these is built and supported by us. None of it runs through Zapier.

Sentiment analysis written before 2020 cannot read a room
Almost every tool in this category ships a sentiment module. Most of them are built on models that predate large language models, and they fail on the two things reviews are full of: sarcasm, and languages that are not English.
Ours reads the sentence. It pulls the specific extract that speaks to each topic, labels it, and scores it, in whatever language the customer wrote it in.
Ask a vendor how their model scores a sarcastic review in Spanish. Writing AI on a homepage is not an answer to that question.
Or skip the dashboard entirely: connect your reviews to ChatGPT or Claude over our MCP server and ask them yourself.
“Genial, otra vez sin plazas. Ya van tres.”
Great, no spaces again. That is three times now.
Build the report you actually need
Five or six pre-built charts and a date filter is what most of this category calls reporting. It answers the questions the vendor thought of, which are rarely yours.
Define your own filters, metrics and dimensions, save the report, and have it delivered on a schedule over email, Slack or Teams.
Nobody should have to log into a dashboard for a number to be useful.
Negative reviews, DACH
Every Monday at 08:00, to the leadership channel.
You can be monitoring before the demo would have started
This is an old category and much of it still sells the way it did in 2010: a demo before you can see the product, an annual contract before you can use it, and a notice period before you can leave.
Start the trial, connect a listing, and the first alert lands a few minutes later. No demo, no sales call, no card.
Pricing is public and per location. Unlimited platforms, unlimited AI replies, no credit system. Per review and credit based pricing means a bad month bills you twice for it.
