Google reviews in Slack
A business with twelve locations has twelve reputations. Send each location's Google reviews to the people who run that site, and keep one channel that sees all of it.

“Sorry Priya, forty minutes is not the wait we aim for. I have asked the desk to flag delays as they happen.”
Twelve locations, twelve reputations
The star average on Maps belongs to one listing. A one-star about your Leeds site does nothing to Brighton's rating, and it does everything to Leeds's, where the people who can fix it work. That is where the alert should go.
One alert sends to one Slack channel, and you choose which locations it covers. Give each site its own channel and the manager sees the one-star the hour it lands, not in a monthly report that reaches them three weeks later.
Head office keeps a channel with every location in it. The pattern across sites stays visible from above, and no site can quietly go a month without answering anything.
Set it up once per site. The alert follows the location, not the person, so when the manager changes the new one joins the channel and the reviews are already there.
One alert per channel. Each site sees its own reviews, head office sees all of them.
Public the minute it posts. In your channel inside the hour.
A Google review is live on your listing the moment the reviewer posts it, and the star average moves with it. Nothing sits between the reviewer and the number your next customer sees in Maps and the local pack.
Reviewflowz watches your Google Business Profile round the clock and posts each new review to its channel, most inside the hour. The card carries the stars, a colour bar (red at two stars and below, amber at three, green at four and up), the full text, the reviewer, the date, and the location, linked back to the listing.
Volume tracks footfall. It spikes on a Saturday and after a campaign, not on a schedule, so the person watching cannot be the one who has to remember to check.
Google notifies the reviewer when you reply, and they can change their review after reading it. The reply that lands the same day is the one with a chance of moving the rating back.

Reply from the thread. Reviewflowz publishes it on Google.
Every card has a Reply button. It opens a window with the review, a box to write in, and a Suggest an AI answer button. The draft lands in the box as editable text, and nothing reaches Google until you press Submit.
The draft is written from the replies your business has already published on Google, including those you posted before you had an account here. Reviewflowz picks the five to ten that best match the review, and ranks replies you wrote by hand above ones it wrote itself.
Your reply posts back into the thread under the card, labelled with who sent it, so the next person reading the channel sees it was handled. A colleague who answers inside Google Business Profile shows up in the same thread.
An owner reply is public, stays under the review, and is read by people who will never write one themselves. On Google a second reply replaces the first, so this one counts.
Booked a Saturday check-up and waited forty minutes past my slot with nobody telling me why.
Priya S.
Priya, forty minutes is not what Saturday should look like and I'm sorry. We had one hygienist off sick and should have told you at the desk. Call me on the Brighton number and I'll book you in myself.

Let the agent take the bare five-stars
About a third of Google reviews are a star rating with no words. A bare five-star needs a thank-you and there is nothing in it to get wrong, so let a rule answer it and keep your people for the reviews that say something.
Reply rules run top to bottom and the first match wins. Scope a rule by location, star rating and whether the review has text, then choose: reply automatically, hold it for a person, or ignore it. By default nothing posts on its own. The catch-all rule at the bottom holds everything for you.
Each rule can use its own agent, so your Brighton site answers in a different voice from Leeds. A reply the agent posts on its own comes back into the Slack thread like any other, and into your queue tagged with the rule that sent it.
Before a rule goes live, step the agent through your own past reviews one at a time and read what it would have said. It posts nothing while you look.
1 in 3 Google reviews has no text
Wide channel, narrow Reply button
Allow replies is a switch on each alert, not on the workspace. Leave it off on the alert feeding #reviews-all and forty people can read every review without any of them able to post as the business. Turn it on for the four people in #leeds-ops and the Reply button appears on their cards only.
Same review, two channels, two sets of rights. Visibility is wide, because the whole company should know how a site is doing. The right to put words under your name on Google stays with the people who are accountable for them.
Typing in the thread never publishes anything. The reply window is the only route to Google, so a stray message in the channel stays a message.
Connect the Google Business Profile once and every alert can publish. Watching a listing needs nothing more than its Maps URL. Replying from Slack is on Pro and Premium.

Translate the card. Answer in the reviewer's language.
A site near a station or a beach gets reviews in the visitor's language. Pick one of six from the Translate to menu on the card and the translation posts as a threaded reply, so the channel keeps one card per review. Or set the alert to translate every notification before it arrives.
The AI draft comes back in the language the review was written in, unless you pin an agent to one language. The next visitor who reads the reply reads it in their own language too.
The examples the agent works from are matched on language as well as rating, so a French reply is continued from your French replies, not translated from your English ones.
Cabinet impeccable et personnel adorable, mais 40 minutes d’attente pour un simple détartrage.
Fernhill Dental Brighton“Spotless practice and lovely staff, but a 40 minute wait for a simple scale and polish.”
Merci Sofia, 40 minutes c’est trop long et je suis désolé. Appelez le cabinet de Brighton et je vous trouve un créneau moi-même. Dan
Ask your Google reviews a question, from Claude or ChatGPT
Reviewflowz ships an MCP server. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client and ask the question head office asks every Monday: which location had the most reviews under three stars last month, and what were they about?
Three tools: list your locations, fetch reviews, get stats. Filter by location, rating, date, keyword, language, whether the review has text and whether it has a reply. Reply rate per location comes straight out of the stats call.
Live, not exported. The server reads your account when the client asks, so a review posted this morning is in this morning's answer.
Read-only by design. A client can read and count your reviews and cannot publish a reply as you. Publishing stays in Slack and in Reviewflowz, behind the Allow replies switch.
Which location had the most Google reviews under three stars in August, and what were they about?
Six of the nine Leeds reviews mention waiting time. Reply rate at Leeds is 44%, against 91% at Brighton.
“Waited 45 minutes past my appointment, nobody said why.”
Put every location's Google reviews where someone will answer them
Set up in under five minutes. No demo required.
Can one Slack channel receive Google reviews from several locations?
Yes. One alert covers one, several or all of your locations and sends to one channel, and a channel can receive as many alerts as you like. Give each site its own channel, then add one alert with every location for head office. Pro runs two active alerts per location and Premium five.
Can I reply to Google reviews from Slack?
Yes, once your Google Business Profile is connected. Turn Allow replies on for the alert, and every card gets a Reply button that opens a window with the review, a Suggest an AI answer button and a Submit button. Nothing reaches Google until you press Submit. Replying from Slack is on Pro and Premium.
How quickly does a Google review reach Slack?
Google does not push new reviews to anyone, so every tool in this category polls, ours included. Most reviews reach your channel well inside an hour, worst case about three. Volume tracks footfall, so it spikes on weekends and after a campaign rather than on a schedule.
What happens when a review is removed or edited?
When a review disappears from Google, Reviewflowz posts a note in the thread with the date it last saw it, so the channel holds the review's whole history. An edited review comes through as a new card rather than an update to the old one, so you will see both.
Do I need a demo to get started?
No. You connect your Google Business Profile and pick Slack yourself, in under five minutes. 14 day free trial, no credit card.
