G2 asks what reviewers like best and what they dislike as separate questions, and Reviewflowz keeps the answers apart: likes in column F, dislikes in column G, the rest in column E. Column F is your positioning, in your buyers' words
The like answer is the most useful sentence anyone writes about your product, and in the sheet it is one column you read top to bottom. Count the repeats: when receipt capture is the answer in a hundred and eighty eight reviews, that is the line above the fold. A COUNTIF on competitor names shows who you are actually compared against.

FAQs
Is this a one-off export or a live sync?
A live sync. Reviewflowz creates the spreadsheet in your Google Drive and writes it every thirty minutes: new G2 reviews are inserted at the top, newest first, and a review its author edits updates its own row. Nobody re-runs anything.
Do the like and dislike answers land in separate columns?
Yes, and that is the point of the page. The answer to "What do you like best?" goes into the Pros column, the answer to "What do you dislike?" into the Cons column, and the rest of the questionnaire, including the problems-solved answer, into the Overall column. You can sort or count either one on its own.
Which columns land in the sheet, and which stay empty?
The header is fixed at twenty eight columns and identical on every sync. Thirteen come from the G2 review itself: profile, platform, title, overall, pros, cons, score, link, date, reviewer name, reviewer job title, reviewer company size and G2's review ID. Three more are ours: the review ID that keys the row, the tags, and the review owner if you assign one. Twelve stay empty on a G2 row, including reviewer company, industry, department, language, version and photos, because they come from other platforms. There is no reply column.
Does the first sync include our G2 history?
Yes, on a paid plan. Once the sync is on, Reviewflowz offers to seed the spreadsheet with your past G2 reviews and keeps it current from there. On the free trial the past-review seed is locked, so a trial sheet fills from new reviews only.
Can I choose which G2 reviews go in?
Yes. Each sync covers the G2 profiles you pick, and you can restrict it by score, at or below two stars for example, and to reviews that have text. Score and text are the only filters for a G2 profile; there is no keyword or language filter on the sync itself, which is what a COUNTIF in the sheet is for.
Can Reviewflowz post our reply to G2 from the sheet?
No. G2 gives no write access for vendor responses, so nothing in Reviewflowz publishes to G2 and there is no reply column in the sheet. What it does is make sure you know a review exists, and what it says, within the hour rather than the quarter.
Can Reviewflowz see the rest of my Google Drive?
No. The Google permission it asks for covers files it created itself, which is the one spreadsheet. It cannot list, read or change anything else in your Drive.
