The newest Trustpilot review is always row 2.
Put the month’s reviews beside the month’s orders
Trustpilot invites customers after each order, so review count follows order count. Paste the month’s orders into a column and one formula gives reviews per hundred orders and the share at one or two stars. When that share climbs from six percent to fourteen while volume barely moves, something broke at the courier or in the warehouse. The full history gives you the baseline.

The recurring complaint stops being an anecdote
The full review text sits in column E and its date in column J, so one COUNTIFS counts every review that mentioned a refund this month. Nineteen in August against four or five in every month before is a finding, with the rows underneath it. Reviewflowz also fills a Tags column by meaning, so a French review about the livraison lands beside one about delivery.

For people who will never log in to anything
The warehouse lead needs the number every Monday and finance needs it at month end. Neither will open a review tool. Share the sheet as a viewer and they see live rows, pivots and charts on a phone, with no Reviewflowz login. A protected range warns anyone typing over the synced rows, and Looker Studio can read the same file.

FAQs
Is this a one-off export or a live sync?
A live sync. Reviewflowz creates the spreadsheet in your Google Drive and writes it every thirty minutes: new Trustpilot reviews are inserted at the top, newest first, and an edited review updates its own row. Nobody re-runs anything.
Does the first sync include our Trustpilot history?
Yes, on a paid plan. Once the sync is on, Reviewflowz offers to seed the spreadsheet with your past reviews, and keeps it current from there. A Trustpilot profile added by its URL carries its most recent 200 reviews; connect your Trustpilot Business API and the seed brings the full history. On the free trial the past-review seed is locked, so a trial sheet fills from new reviews only.
Which columns land in the sheet?
A fixed header, the same on every sync: Review ID in column A, then profile name, platform, title, the full review text, score, link, review date, language, reviewer name, tags, and Trustpilot's own review ID. The header also carries columns only other platforms fill, pros and cons, reviewer company, app version, and those stay empty on a Trustpilot row. Your replies to reviews are not in the sheet.
Can I choose which Trustpilot reviews go in?
Yes. Each sync covers the profiles you pick, and you can restrict it by score (at or below two stars, for example) and to reviews that have text. Rating and text are the only filters for Trustpilot profiles; there is no keyword filter on the sync itself.
Can Reviewflowz see the rest of my Google Drive?
No. The Google permission it asks for covers files it created itself, which is the one spreadsheet. It cannot list, read or change anything else in your Drive.
