It sends when a call is completed
The request goes out when a call in Towbook is completed, at the delay you set in the campaign: SMS, email or WhatsApp. Calls that are dispatched or still in progress send nothing.
Reviewflowz checks Towbook for newly completed calls, so you never have to start a send by hand.
When a call is completed in Towbook, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The customer on each completed call gets the link
Reviewflowz messages the customer's mobile phone number or email address on the call. A call with neither is skipped.
The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most, with no rating screen in front of it.
When a call is completed in Towbook, the customer gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the call and the location: Eastside Yard, Airport Road, Harbor Division.

Each review credited to the driver on the call
Reviewflowz reads the driver on the completed call and credits the review to them, even when the customer never names them.
A call with no driver on it is credited to no one, so driver counts stay honest.
The call in Towbook records which driver did the work. The review request carries the call, so when the customer leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the driver and saved back on the same call.
Each company, location or division gets its Google profile
Map each Towbook company, location or division to the Google profile it should collect reviews on.
In Reviewflowz you choose a default profile for any call that doesn't match a mapped location.
A call from Towbook (trigger: completed), with location Eastside Yard, is matched by location to the right Google profile: Eastside Yard, Airport Road or Harbor Division. This one goes to Eastside Yard.

Towbook integration: questions
Which Towbook plan do I need?
The integration connects with a Towbook API token. Towbook's pricing page doesn't say which plans include API access, so check with Towbook support (support@towbook.com) if you're unsure about your plan.
How do I connect Towbook?
The connection uses a Towbook API token, created in Towbook Settings. The exact path can vary, so if you can't find it, Towbook support can point you to it. Paste the token into Reviewflowz under Integrations > Automate Review Requests > Towbook, then map your locations.
When does the review request go out?
After a call is completed, at the delay you set in your campaign. Calls that are dispatched or still in progress never send a request.
What if a call has no phone number or email?
The call is skipped, because there is nobody to message. Reviewflowz picks up calls as they are completed, so a contact added after completion may be missed. Enter the customer's mobile phone number or email address before you complete the call.
How is this different from Towbook's Customer Surveys?
Customer Surveys is Towbook's own post-call survey, with up to three custom questions. Results stay in a Towbook report, and Managers and Dispatchers get an alert on a poor rating. Reviewflowz sends a review request whose link opens the review platform that needs reviews most.
We run more than one company or location. Does that work?
Yes. Each Towbook company, location or division maps to its own Google profile in Reviewflowz. Towbook lists Multi-Companies on its Professional plan, and each additional company, location or division costs $109 per month on Towbook's side.
What does it cost?
$70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month. Messaging is $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS. Start with a 14-day trial, no card.
What about SMS consent?
Every SMS Reviewflowz sends carries STOP opt-out handling. Towbook has no consent field Reviewflowz reads, so collect SMS consent from your customers as US rules require.
