A review request goes out when the order completes
When MarketMan marks an order complete, Reviewflowz sends the diner a review request. It goes by email, SMS or WhatsApp, following the campaign you set.
Nobody on shift has to remember to ask. Every outlet asks after every completed order, the same way.
When an order is completed in MarketMan, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.

The diner on the order gets the request on their phone, with one review link. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most.
There is no rating pre-screen. Every diner gets the same link, whatever they thought of the meal.
When an order is completed in MarketMan, the diner gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the order and the outlet: Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, King's Cross.

Each review credited to the server on the order
Reviewflowz links each review to the MarketMan order that prompted it and credits the server on that order. Diners never have to remember or mention a name.
Past MarketMan orders are imported for reporting, so you see each server's conversion rate from orders to reviews. Past diners are never messaged.
The order in MarketMan records which server did the work. The review request carries the order, so when the diner leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the server and saved back on the same order.

Can I see which servers get the most reviews?
