How do I connect Clio Manage?
In Reviewflowz, open Integrations, then Automate Review Requests, and click Clio. You are sent to Clio to authorise the connection and sent back. There are no keys to copy.
Which Clio Manage user should authorise the connection?
Use a user who can see all matters. Matters the authorising user can't see in Clio Manage won't sync, so they won't send requests.
Do matters closed before I connect get a request?
No. Only matters closed after you connect get a request. Turn requests on before the next matter closes.
Do open or pending matters, or stage changes, send a request?
No. Only a closed matter sends a request. Open and pending statuses and your firm's stages never trigger one.
Can I choose which matters send requests?
Yes. You choose whether every closed matter triggers a request or only some. You can also stop requests for a particular client, per contact.
Should I keep Clio's built-in review requests on?
Clio says "You can request reviews via text or email directly from Clio Manage, either one at a time from a contact or matter, or automatically when a matter is closed". Running those alongside Reviewflowz asks the same client twice, so use one or the other.
We run several offices. Does each get its own Google profile?
Yes. Match each Clio Manage office to its Reviewflowz location and each request points at that office's Google profile. Matters with no office use the fallback location you pick.
