A review request goes out when an order completes
When an order is marked complete in ChowNow, Reviewflowz sends the customer a review request. Pickup or delivery, the ask follows the meal, not a reminder on someone's list.
The campaign runs by SMS, email or WhatsApp after the order completes. You pick the channels once, and every completed order follows the same timeline.

Past ChowNow orders are imported for reporting, so each server has a conversion rate from orders to reviews. Past customers are never messaged.
The order in ChowNow records which server did the work. The review request carries the order, so when the customer leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the server and saved back on the same order.

How does staff attribution work with ChowNow reviews?
