A review request follows every completed Aloha Cloud order
When Aloha Cloud marks an order complete, Reviewflowz starts the guest's post-visit message. It goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp on the timing you set.
Nobody on the floor has to remember to ask. Every completed order triggers the same request, at every location.
When an order is marked complete in Aloha Cloud, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The guest on the order gets the review link
The guest gets a message with one link. It opens the review platform that needs reviews most for that location.
There is no rating screen first: every guest is asked the same way. Guests from before you connected are never messaged.
When an order is marked complete in Aloha Cloud, the guest gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the order and the location: Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, King's Cross.
