A completed job or paid invoice sends the request
When a job is marked complete, a project is delivered or an invoice is paid in Thryv, Reviewflowz sends that customer a review request. It goes out by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Your team does nothing after closing the job.
When a job is completed in Thryv, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The customer on the Thryv job gets the link
Reviewflowz uses the contact details already on the Thryv record, so nobody retypes a phone number or email. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most.

Which Thryv customers get asked for a review?

What happens with jobs that are cancelled or never completed?
Nothing is sent. Only a job marked complete, a delivered project or a paid invoice triggers a request, so a job that never reaches that point never messages the customer.
Does it work if my Thryv account covers several locations?
Yes. Reviewflowz maps each location to its own Google profile, so a customer's request links to the profile of the location that served them. Pricing is per location.
How are reviews credited to my team members?
Reviewflowz credits each review to the team member assigned to the job in Thryv, so customers never need to name anyone. Past Thryv jobs are imported for reporting, which gives each team member a conversion rate. Past customers are never messaged.
