ServiceTrade is connected to Reviewflowz. Trigger in ServiceTrade: completed. A review request is then sent by SMS to the customer contact, and the Google review that comes in is saved on the job.

A request goes out when the job is Completed, or invoiced first
Reviewflowz watches the job status. A job reaching "Completed", "Pending Invoice", "Sending Invoice", "Invoiced" or "Closed" sends the request, so shops that skip "Completed" and go straight to invoicing are covered.
Each job sends one request, even when it moves through several of those statuses.
When a job is completed in ServiceTrade, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.

A job that completes while requests are off gets no request later. Nothing is sent retroactively.

How do I connect ServiceTrade?
In Reviewflowz, open Integrations, then Automate Review Requests, and click ServiceTrade. Connecting uses ServiceTrade API credentials, and creating them needs a ServiceTrade user with admin account permission. Then map your locations and switch requests on.
Which job statuses send a review request?
A job reaching "Completed", "Pending Invoice", "Sending Invoice", "Invoiced" or "Closed". All five count because some shops skip "Completed" and go straight to invoicing. Each job sends one request.
What happens to jobs that never reach those statuses?
They send nothing. A request goes out only when a job reaches one of the five statuses, so a job that stops short of them never triggers a review request.
Will my past customers get messaged when I connect?
No. Jobs completed before you connect are imported for reporting only, and those customers are never messaged. Jobs that complete while requests are switched off get no request later either, so turn requests on before your next job closes.
We work out of several locations. How does that work?
Map each ServiceTrade location to its Google profile once. Every request from a job at that location then links to the right profile. Reviewflowz is billed per location.
How do customers receive the request?
By email, SMS or WhatsApp, the channel you set in your campaign. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most, and there is no rating pre-screen.
What does it cost?
