The request goes out when the job closes
Reviewflowz watches your Jobber jobs and sends only when a job closes, on the timing you set: SMS, email or WhatsApp. A job that is still open sends nothing, and neither does a quote.
Requests are tied to the job, so one closed job means one request, even when a job has several visits.
When a job is closed in Jobber, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The client on the job gets the link
The request goes to the client on the closed job, using the name, email and phone on their Jobber client record.
The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most. No rating pre-screen: every client gets the same link.
When a job is closed in Jobber, the client gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the job and the location: Portland, Salem, Bend.

One Jobber account, one Google profile
In Jobber, each location keeps its own account. You connect each account and pick its Google profile, so a Salem job asks for a Salem review.
The client's property is the service address, not a location, so it never decides where a review goes.

Past closed jobs show up in your reports
When you connect, Reviewflowz imports your past closed jobs so your reports start with real history, counted by month and by location.
Past clients are never messaged. Only jobs that close after you switch on send a request.

How do I connect Jobber?
An admin on your Jobber account clicks Connect Jobber in Reviewflowz. You're sent to Jobber, log in and approve access, then come back to Reviewflowz. No API key to copy, and no demo call.
Which Jobber plan do I need?
The connection has to be approved by an admin on your Jobber account. Jobber decides which of its plans include API access, so check your plan in Jobber before you connect. Reviewflowz's 14-day trial needs no card, so you can test the connection first.
When does the review request go out?
When the job closes in Jobber, on the delay you set in your campaign. Jobs that are still open and quotes send nothing. One closed job sends one request, even if the job had several visits.
I already use Jobber's Reviews. Will clients get asked twice?
They could, so turn Jobber's requests off. In Jobber, go to Gear icon > Settings > Emails & Text Messages, then Job follow-up in the Jobs section, and also Marketing > Reviews > Settings. Jobber's Reviews sends one request per client every 6 months. Reviewflowz sends one per closed job, to the platform that needs reviews most.
We run several locations under Jobber Central. How does that work?
In Jobber, each location keeps its own account. Connect each account to Reviewflowz and pick its Google profile. Reviews from Portland jobs go to the Portland profile, and Salem jobs go to the Salem profile.
Will my past clients get messaged when I connect?
No. Reviewflowz imports past closed jobs for your reports only. Requests go out only for jobs that close after you switch the campaign on.
Does Reviewflowz filter out unhappy clients?
No. There is no rating pre-screen. Every client on a closed job gets the same link, which opens the review platform that needs reviews most.
What does it cost?
$70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month. Messaging is $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS. Each Jobber account you connect counts as one location.
