What happens with cancelled appointments?
Requests go out only when a treatment is marked complete. A cancelled appointment is never completed, so that patient is not asked.

Yes. Reviewflowz credits each review to the provider on the Exact appointment, so patients never have to mention names. Past appointments are imported for reporting and per-provider conversion rate, and past patients are never messaged.
