A review request goes out when the ride completes
When a ride is marked completed in TaxiCaller, Reviewflowz sends the passenger a review request. You choose the channel: SMS, email or WhatsApp.
Your dispatch system already records when each trip ends. Drivers and dispatchers do nothing extra.
When a ride is completed in TaxiCaller, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
