When a hearing test, hearing aid fitting or follow-up appointment is marked complete in Sycle, Reviewflowz sends the patient a review request. Nobody on your team has to remember to ask.
The request goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp, on the timing you set after the appointment. The patient hears from you while the visit is still fresh.
When an appointment is marked complete in Sycle, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.

Which patients get asked for a review?
Every patient whose appointment is marked complete in Sycle gets a request. There is no rating pre-screen, so happy and unhappy patients get the same link. The link opens the review platform your practice needs reviews on most.
What happens with cancelled appointments or no-shows?
Only appointments marked complete send a request. An appointment that is cancelled or never completed sends nothing. Patients from appointments before you connected are never messaged.
Can practices with several locations use it?
Yes. Reviewflowz maps each Sycle location to its own Google profile, so a patient seen in Chelsea is asked to review the Chelsea profile. Each location is billed separately.
How does audiologist review attribution work with Sycle?
Sycle records which audiologist handled each appointment, and Reviewflowz credits each review to that audiologist. Patients do not need to mention a name. You see reviews and conversion rate for each audiologist, including from past appointments imported for reporting.
