A review request follows every completed session
When ProSolutions Software records a class or personal training session as completed, Reviewflowz sends the member a review request. You choose the channel: email, SMS or WhatsApp.
The request goes out while the workout is still fresh. Nobody at the front desk has to remember to ask.
When a session is completed in ProSolutions Software, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The member who trained gets the review link
The member on the completed session receives the request on their phone. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most right now.
Every member is asked the same way. There is no rating pre-screen and no filter for happy members only.
When a session is completed in ProSolutions Software, the member gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the session and the location: Downtown, Northside, Riverside.
