When an appointment is marked complete in Edge Cloud, Reviewflowz starts the patient's review campaign. The request goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp while the visit is fresh.

Which patients get asked for a review?
Every patient whose appointment is completed gets the same request. Reviewflowz does not pre-screen ratings or ask only happy patients. Past patients from imported history are never messaged.
What happens with cancelled or no-show appointments?
Only completed appointments send a request. A cancelled or no-show appointment never completes, so that patient is not asked.
How do you track which provider gets the most reviews?
Reviewflowz credits each review to the provider on the Edge Cloud appointment, without the patient naming anyone. Past appointments are imported so you see each provider's conversion rate from day one.
