A review request goes out once the job is complete
When a job is marked complete or its invoice is paid in Markate, Reviewflowz starts the campaign. The client gets a review request by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You pick the event once and nobody has to remember the follow-up.
When a job is marked complete in Markate, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The client on the job gets the review link
The request goes to the client on the Markate job, on their phone or in their inbox. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most. There is no rating screen in front of it, so every client is asked the same way.
