What happens with sales that never complete?
Reviewflowz sends a request only when a sale completes in Jane. A sale that never reaches checkout or pickup sends nothing. Past customers are never messaged: imported past sales are for reporting only.
I run several stores. How does that work?
Each store's requests point to that store's own Google profile. Reviews and conversion rate are reported per store, so you can compare them side by side.
How are reviews credited to my employees?
