When an appointment is marked complete in Dentech, Reviewflowz sends the patient a review request by email, SMS or WhatsApp. A cleaning, a crown or an orthodontic adjustment all follow the same rule.

Each practice is its own location in Reviewflowz, and its requests point to that practice's own Google profile. Patients review the practice they actually visited.
Can I track individual dentist review performance?
Yes. Each review is credited to the provider on the Dentech appointment, so patients never need to name anyone. Past appointments import for per-provider conversion rate, and past patients are never messaged.
What does the Dentech integration cost?
