When a project is marked complete in STX Cloud, Reviewflowz starts the review request. Your client gets it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, on the timeline you set after the project is completed.

When a project is completed in STX Cloud, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
