Every session marked complete sends a review request
When a session is marked complete in TutorBird, Reviewflowz sends the review request. It goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp, on the timeline you set after the session.
Nobody on your team has to remember to ask. Teaching ends, the session is marked complete, and the request goes out.
When a session is marked complete in TutorBird, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The student or parent on the session gets asked
The request goes to the student or parent on the TutorBird session, using the contact details already stored there. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most.
Every family gets the same request. There is no rating pre-screen, so you never filter out anyone before they review.
When a session is marked complete in TutorBird, the student or parent gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the session and the location: Downtown Studio, Northside Center, Westview Campus.

Reviewflowz saves each review against the session it came from and credits it to the tutor on that session. Parents don't need to name the tutor in their review.
Past sessions are imported for reporting, so you see each tutor's conversion rate from sessions to reviews. Past students and parents are never messaged.
The session in TutorBird records which tutor did the work. The review request carries the session, so when the student or parent leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the tutor and saved back on the same session.
