A review request once the appointment is marked complete
When an appointment is marked complete in RXNT, Reviewflowz starts that patient's review request. You choose the channel, SMS, email or WhatsApp, and when each message goes out after the visit.
An appointment that is never marked complete sends nothing. Nobody at the front desk has to remember to ask.
When an appointment is marked complete in RXNT, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The patient on the completed appointment gets asked
The request goes to the patient on that appointment, by text, email or WhatsApp. One tap opens the review platform that needs reviews most.

Reviewflowz saves each review against the appointment that prompted it and credits it to the provider who saw the patient. Patients never have to remember or spell a name.
Past RXNT appointments are imported for reporting, so you see each provider's conversion rate from day one. Past patients are never messaged.
The appointment in RXNT records which provider did the work. The review request carries the appointment, so when the patient leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the provider and saved back on the same appointment.

What happens with cancelled appointments or no-shows?

We run several locations. Do reviews go to the right Google profile?
Yes. Each RXNT location maps to its own Google profile, so a patient seen at one location is sent to that location's profile. Each profile grows from its own patients.
How are reviews credited to each provider?
Each review is saved against the appointment that prompted it and credited to the provider on that appointment. Patients never need to name anyone, and past appointments are imported so you see each provider's conversion rate.
What does the RXNT integration cost?
