A completed project or paid invoice sends the request
When a project completes or an invoice is paid in Power BI, Reviewflowz sends that client a review request. It goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp, on the schedule you set.
You set the trigger once. Every qualifying project after that asks for a review without anyone on your team remembering to.
When a project is completed in Power BI, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
The client on the project gets the link

Past projects are imported for reporting, so each team member's conversion rate starts with history. Past clients are never messaged.
The project in Power BI records which team member did the work. The review request carries the project, so when the client leaves a five-star Google review with no name in it, it is credited to the team member and saved back on the same project.

How soon after a project completes is the client asked?

We run several offices. Does each get its own Google profile?
Reviewflowz maps each location on your records to its own Google profile, so a client's request points to the office that served them. If your projects carry no location, requests go to the single profile you choose.
How are reviews credited to team members?
Reviewflowz credits each review to the team member who handled the project in Power BI. Clients never need to mention a name, and imported past projects give each team member a conversion rate from day one without messaging past clients.
