When a visit is marked complete in MD Synergy, Reviewflowz starts the patient's review campaign. It sends the request by SMS, email or WhatsApp, in the order and timing you set.

What happens with cancelled visits?
Requests go out only when a visit is completed. A cancelled visit never reaches that point, so that patient isn't asked.
How does provider credit work without patients naming anyone?
Reviewflowz reads the provider on the MD Synergy visit and credits the review to that provider. Patients never have to mention a name, and you see each provider's conversion from completed visits to reviews.
