A review request goes out when a project completes
When a project is marked complete in HoneyBook, Reviewflowz starts that client's review campaign. It sends the request by SMS, email or WhatsApp, in the order you set.
Nobody on your team has to remember to ask. Each completed project asks once, at the moment the work is done.
When a project is project completed in HoneyBook, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
