A request goes out when a project is completed
When a project is marked complete in Field Complete, Reviewflowz starts the review request campaign. The first message goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp after the project closes.
If the client doesn't respond, the follow-ups go out on the timeline you set. Nobody on your team has to remember to ask.
When a project is completed in Field Complete, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.

The request goes to the client on the project, using the contact details already in Field Complete. They get a text on their phone with one link to leave a review.

When a project is completed in Field Complete, the client gets an SMS asking how it went, with a link to review it. They tap the link, give five stars and post on Google, and the review lands tied to the project and the location: Downtown, Westside, Northgate.

Which clients get asked for a review?
Every client on a completed project gets asked, by email, SMS or WhatsApp. There's no rating pre-screen, so happy and unhappy clients get the same request. The link opens the review platform that needs reviews most.
What happens with a cancelled project?
Reviewflowz sends a request only when a project is completed. A project that never gets completed never triggers a request, so that client isn't asked.
Will my past Field Complete clients get messaged?
No. Past projects are imported for reporting and conversion rate only. Requests go out only for projects completed after you connect.
We run several locations. How does that work?
Each location is its own location in Reviewflowz, with its own Google profile. Pricing is per location, so you pay for the locations you connect.
What does the Field Complete integration cost?
Reviewflowz is $70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month. Messaging costs $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS. You start with a 14-day trial and no card.
