A review request goes out when the invoice is paid
When you mark an invoice paid or a project completed in Billdu, Reviewflowz starts that client's review campaign. The request goes out by SMS, email or WhatsApp, in the order you set.
Nothing changes in how you work in Billdu. You keep invoicing as usual, and the request follows the payment.
When an invoice is paid in Billdu, a review request campaign runs by itself: an SMS one hour later, an email three days later, a WhatsApp message seven days later, until a new 5-star Google review comes in.
