Are there any overage charges?
No. You can decide to add extra locations to your subscription as you require them, but we won't charge you for locations you don't explicitly want monitored.
If you want to, you can opt into auto-upgrade for new locations to be added to your account, and to your subscription automatically. This is turned off by default.
How much do you charge for review invitations?
We charge $5 / 1000 emails sent, and $5 / SMS sent. Whatsapp invitations are charged by Meta directly on your Meta business account.
We do not charge for contacts stored on Reviewflowz. You can store as many contacts as you need.
How much do you charge for AI replies?
Nothing. AI reply generations are unlimited on all Pro & Premium plans.
AI reply automation (posting automatically) is only available on Premium plans
I want to track all reviews for a brand, but I don't have a list of locations. Can you help?
Yes, Reviewflowz is able to find all locations for any brand on platforms like Google, Yelp, etc. 
Is there any limit to the number of reviews we can collect and / or track?
No. We pull all past available reviews on all platforms, on all plans, for all clients.
If I purchase a plan, how can I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Upgrading starts a new billing cycle. You'll be charged the upgrade amount and the new plan will immediately take effect.
If you're downgrading, you'll be credited with the difference, and the credits will automatically be used on your next invoices, until they expire.
Before you pay anything, you'll be presented with a full recap of how much we'll charge, when, how your billing cycle will be impacted, etc.
If you cancel your subscription, you'll retain access to your account and you'll be able to use the app until the end of your billing cycle.
