What is a “sent” review?
No matter your plan, we will fetch all the reviews tied to active review flows.
However if you’ve hit your quota, we’ll only let you know that you got a new review, without sending you the review contents.
What does reviewer information mean?
Depending on the platform, we’re able to pull reviewer details such as their company, job title, and / or full name.
On the premium plan, we give you unlimited access to this data and include it directly in the Slack notifications.
No more looking through hundreds of tickets to find who left you that review.
This can also come in handy for your sales team if you’re tracking competitors.
What is a flow?
A flow defines a sequence of the two steps that are needed for us to get your reviews to your favourite Slack channel.

What languages and countries do you support?

Platforms may split reviews according to the language, the region, or both.

How many Slack channels can I connect?
You can connect as many Slack channels as you wish, and send each review to one or many Slack channels.
If you’re sending the same review to 2 channels, it will count as two reviews sent.
