What does reviewer information mean?

Depending on the platform, we're able to pull reviewer details such as their company, job title, and / or full name. On the premium plan, we give you unlimited access to this data and include it directly in the Slack notifications. No more looking through hundreds of tickets to find who left you that review. This can also come in handy for your sales team if you're tracking competitors.

What is a flow?

A flow defines a sequence of the two steps that are needed for us to get your reviews to your favourite Slack channel.

• What listing or review profile do you want us to monitor (for example your favourite competitor's Capterra profile)
• What Slack channel you want us to send new reviews to

With our listings finder, you can find all your listings by simply entering a domain, or decide to track them manually. Simply authenticate your Slack account next and an active flow will crawl the review profile and send any new review to your favourite Slack channel

What languages and countries do you support?

We support all languages and regions for all the supported platforms. Platforms may split reviews according to the language, the region, or both. In each case, we try to show as clearly as possible how to access all your reviews, and where those reviews can be seen. If you have a doubt please reach out over the chat or via email

How many Slack channels can I connect?

You can connect as many Slack channels as you wish, and send each review to one or many Slack channels. If you're sending the same review to 2 channels, it will count as two reviews sent.
