What our customers say
Convenient Slack connection
It was easy to set up a connection to Slack. The notifications coming into Slack are clear and contain the information we wanted to have in there, not more, not less. ReviewFlowz has proven to be a good tool.
It works really well
I signed up and immediately subscribed a pro plan to get all our reviews directly in Slack. It was easy to setup and now we're getting all our reviews on Slack. I also sent a request to add more platforms that were useful to us and they already added most of them.
The solution to proactively exploit your online reviews
We use it mainly to monitor all the reviews of our SaaS in one Slack channel. It gives us the ability to act very quickly in case of bad reviews and we notice that this reactivity makes all the difference. We calculate our daily/weekly CS OKR based on this Slack channel
Handles review monitoring for us
We've had our reviews in Slack for as long as I can remember at Sendinblue, but it became increasingly complex to maintain over time, and Slack messages weren't as easy to read quickly as with Reviewflowz. Great product!
Set it and forget it
I setup reviewflowz in minutes to get our reviews in Slack. It's really easy to setup, simple with no fluff, and it works perfectly so far!
Helps to get more reviews
We don't have many public reviews yet, but we're trying hard to incentivize every one to get more, especially on Shopify where it helps a lot. Having them drop in Slack helps gamify the process and motivate everyone!
What platforms do you currently support?
Below is a list of all the review platforms we are currently supporting:
- G2 crowd
- Software Advice
- Get App
- Chrome web store
- Google my business
- Shopify app store
- Wordpress (plugins directory)
- App Store
- Play Store
If you can’t find the platform you’re looking for, please drop us a line, we’ll have it up and running in under a week.
What is a “sent” review?
No matter your plan, we will fetch all the reviews tied to active review flows.
However if you’ve hit your quota, we’ll only let you know that you got a new review, without sending you the review contents.
What does reviewer information mean?
Depending on the platform, we’re able to pull reviewer details such as their company, job title, and / or full name.
On the premium plan, we give you unlimited access to this data and include it directly in the Slack notifications.
No more looking through hundreds of tickets to find who left you that review.
This can also come in handy for your sales team if you’re tracking competitors.
What is a flow?
A flow defines a sequence of the two steps that are needed for us to get your reviews to your favourite Slack channel.
- What listing or review profile do you want us to monitor (for example your favourite competitor’s Capterra profile)
- What Slack channel you want us to send new reviews to
With our listings finder, you can find all your listings by simply entering a domain, or decide to track them manually.
Simply authenticate your Slack account next and an active flow will crawl the review profile and send any new review to your favourite Slack channel
What languages and countries do you support?
We support all languages and regions for all the supported platforms.
Platforms may split reviews according to the language, the region, or both.
In each case, we try to show as clearly as possible how to access all your reviews, and where those reviews can be seen. If you have a doubt please reach out over the chat or via email
How many Slack channels can I connect?
You can connect as many Slack channels as you wish, and send each review to one or many Slack channels.
If you’re sending the same review to 2 channels, it will count as two reviews sent.
